OK,I like how you have him layered onto a lighter distorted BG on the upper half,but the bottom part of the render looks a little rushed.

The brownish/orange colour doesn't really work for me but the font makes it a little appealing. Overall not too bad of a SIG.

Review: I really like the render/blending on the bottom-left. The contrast between the brick and concrete is nice too, and the lighting is well done. I'm not a huge fan of the water-distortion on the right side, it's a bit overdone and actually hurts my eyes a little. The text is ok, I'd go without the 3D effect and blur, just make it nice and sharp to contrast the distortion a bit. Personally, I think if you got rid of that distortion, this would look a lot better, especially because the blending is done real well without it.
