The VHL logo looks real good to me layered over the black BG. The whiter outline  around the letters really makes it pop.

He has bright colors with good sharpness and contrast, and it seems as if he's standing in the foreground.

The five added team logos are a nice touch, although they could be a little lower. They're centered nicely under the big logo.

Your lettering over the jersey is simple but looks good, even though I don't usually like fonts layered on players. I also like the coloring of it.

The only major blemish to me is the light source under the blue font. A little softer to remove the harshness and drop it down some away from the font.

I like the look of this banner/draft graphic. Its simple which I think works and gets right to the point. I like how you utilized the VHLM logo as well as the VHLM team logos, so you can clearly take away that the VHLM only consists of 5 teams currently. The render looks good and I like the "Next one" font/text that was chosen.
