The Riga Reign are champs, again. It's been a long build up and the series went six games but the cup is coming back to the Latvian capital. The Reign did it with much of the same roster as won it last year and the scariest part is they may well have a shot at a three peat next year. They have the cap space to keep mostly the same team together although one has to wonder how the off season changes will impact the team next season. Riga was led yet again by John Locke and Freddy Krigars as well as goalie Markus King. The Reign are a team without a typical superstar and yet they have two back to back titles. One has to wonder if this spells a new era in the VHL and if it means more parody and all in all a healthier league. Seattle has a team that should return to contention next year too, but Riga will likely enter the new season as the favorites.

Long off season ahead and an interesting one for sure.

You're without a superstar remark is off. King is the superstar.

stats dont really line up but that's more on the sim then @Kendrick

I would agree that the player build is 100 % superstar material but goalies are hit or miss
