I would re-size it so it's smaller like other people's signatures, like mine for example. Pretty good though for a first shot.

Yeah I didn't realize it would be so big. I think I'll go back and make a smaller version for my actual signature

Review: Don’t worry, early on everyone goes way bigger than they intend to I think. In general I try to avoid larger than 450x200 unless I’m going for a specific look. Anyway, it’s a manip so obviously less can be done with it than a piece where you create everything. The purple was certainly a bold choice, even if you didn’t intend it to be. Purple can be a tough colour to work with generally speaking so you actually blended it pretty well. I also really enjoy the text work. It’s bold but not overtly distracting. Render effects and lighting certainly need to be looked into though. As it stands the Boston logo is more of a focal point than the face which is a big problem, especially when we don’t exactly what to be pointing out the wrong logo. Keep working at it and you’ll improve over time.

I like that the manip is done in black and white  and you've rendered the purple decently over the whole SIG.

He's pretty much in focus and it goes well with the softer contrast.

I think you could use some lighting effects to brighten it up some.

Back ground looks good with the blur effect while having the player sharp visually to the forefront.

A jersey manip ie.logo swap would look good instead of the original six logo.

Think I like the text style, and you've chosen a lighter color to pull away from the darker back drop which is nice.

Dont stop doing em, you'll only improve.
