3. Duchene is going to sign a long term, $9+ million AAV extension in Ottawa, thereby stripping Dorion of his smartest GM title.

 

4. Austin Watson is going to come back in the league and tear up, finishing 3rd in the Art Ross race, despite missing the first 27 games of the season. Make sure you take him in the first round of your fantasy pool, folks.

 

5. Shanahan is going to reunite with Yzerman in Detroit for the Shanaplan 2.0 (this one actually might happen)
