If you'd like to submit something else for this week, you are certainly free to do so, but this graphic will not count as a full 6 TPE. Now they won't be up to par with Adobe Photo, Gimp, Paint etc. but they'll do an adequate job. Here are two decent free ones I use on android: ToolWiz Photos and PicsArt. They give you freedom to do gfx wherever, but remember they won't have the quality or ability to do gfx as well as Adobe etc. Think of a gfx animation movie with Adobe vs a claymation one with phone apps. It's one thing to change a logo on a jersey, but yours just look like you pasted it on. Like your Byfuglien one has the logo going on his arm. You've probably seen other people's sigs, like the ones underneath my post. There's some text in there, effects added, and it's sized down to be an appropriate size for a forum signature. You won't be getting any more than 4 TPE for just slapping a logo on.
