The Green Agency looking for new clients

Two days ago Remy LeBeau announced that he has 1,5 more seasons of hockey left in him before he retires to take care of his family. While his agent doesn’t like that he loses one of his major clients he realizes that nothing lasts forever.

In order to keep his agency up and running he is always looking out for new talent, while he still has players as Ivo Willems (SHL – Hamilton Steelhawks) and Miles Muad`Dib (SBA – Brooklyn  Bullets) as his clientele he is in desperate need of some young talent. Future USFL Quarterback Quentin Barnes recently announced that he will be signing with the agency and they are still scouting to find a player to promote in the VHLM/VHL. The agency is not sitting still and already has found possible clients to enter the marvelous world of the Victory Hockey League.

We were lucky that insiders within the agency have leaked some scouting reports of potential clients. We do not know if they will be signed or not, no such information was found in the document. Let’s have a look at the potential candidates.

Pauly DelVecchio (Rhode Island, USA) -  It remains a weird sight to see a guido on skates, but due to the earlier emergence of Guido Schwarz-Esque it is not the first time that the league will worry more about gym, tan and laundry then to play actual decent hockey.
Inspired by the winger who proved us mediocrity is acceptable and can still net you great money in contracts. DelVecchio has decided to try out as a professional hockey player as well. Despite him being older than the usual prospect he is prepared to proof his worth through the VHLM. Currently he is working out in the gym preparing for the hockey try-outs that the agency will hold around the end of June.  DelVecchio will be focusing on the defensive side of the game, but is also prepared to shoot the puck in the net. When asked about the rumors that he will be moving to hockey he said: “Whatever the girls dig, I’ll do it. As long as I can bring the tens home and leave the five and sixes behind for my teammates”. While he is not the talent that is usually recognized the agency has enough credit built up to take a risk with the American defenseman.

Thomas O’Malley (Origins unknown) – Little is known about where O’Malley came from, but the young hockey player is stealing the hearts of the fans at an early age. The center has a shoot first mentality but also gathers lots of assists. Due to his hard shot his teammates get a lot of rebounding opportunities to still put the puck in the net. Thomas O’Malley is excited to start a professional career and is actively pursuing agents to represent him. This is why he is shortlisted by the Green Agency as well. It will be at least one more season before he is allowed to move on to professional hockey; O’Malley is simply not old enough yet. If granted exceptional status he could enter the VHLM as early as next season, but this is only if he isn’t lured away by other agents as the kid might be the next great one.

Media spot for this week, due to my articles always being 1 week early for the VHLM Magazine. Still waiting on my last one to be published, so this should get things more in track.

552 words. Oh god, not another Zimmers-type of player. Kidding aside, you enlisted two "potential" clients for your next player. I like these kinds, but rarely do people writing these actually use any of them. I know I didn't..lol.

Grammar: 2/2

Not too bad.

1.5 = would be better and more appropriate to use, "one and a half"

clients he = clients, he

guido = Guido

Esque = Esquire

teammates". = teammates." (comma inside the quotation)
