The grainy look gives it a realistic old school style, and the logo is blended in really well to the point that I didn't even notice it at first. There seems to be a really subtle glow around him, which makes it more appealing to the eye without taking away from the darker look of the graphic. Great work man, looks really nice! I would have reduced the noise a tad and moved your text to the bottom so it can be seen. Really good effort.
