I tried using the insert other media option for the url but it didn't work and I don't know how to get the picture to show up without going over the max file size

just use the {img} enter url {/img} tags and it works, just replace { } with [ ]

 

You also have to use this URL instead of the one you posted

Everything seems to work together well. Good overall look to this sig. I think your text could be a bit larger but I do like the font/effects of your text. Job well done.
