I miss articles sometimes

Ever since starting the job with the VSN and being an updater I get 12 capped a week. Usually it makes it pretty easy to get TPE, other times I spend ages on my podcasts trying to make them as good as I can for everyone. What I do miss is articles I feel like there is less back and forth in the comments of a podcast compared to an article. I feel like as you can't quote a section as easily halts the discussion.

 

I'm not going to stop making podcasts, in fact I am still trying to make them better, recently I got a new mic and I think I sound a lot better, hopefully I actually do. Recently I also did the video podcast, I am thinking more of them could happen as I could do more and more with the podcast if it was video based.

 

I am mainly thinking about what people want and if there are actually enough people listening to the podcasts to make it worth all the time and effort I put into them. I have thought about getting someone else to try and edit them but I am unsure how that would pan out and if the delay in getting the podcast out would be worth the extra quality someone could bring.

 

I need some ideas what people want to see/hear in podcasts should I talk about previous drafts and history or focus my efforts forward and talk about whats coming up, please if you have any ideas let me know.
