Jersery swap is smooth, background is good and blends in well with the color scheme on the player. As far as critiques, I'm not sure what the purpose of the black border around the outside is, though you may very well have a reason for it that I've missed. Not a big fan of the text, looks a little childish. I think you could use more of a futuristic font and it would work well here. I like how you make the text 3D though.
