I do really love this effect, I think it goes really well with the all-white background. Jersey swap looks clean as can be, the only thing that could possibly make the render better is changing the light blue on the arms of the jersey to match the Helsinki light blue exactly. Text is bold and easy to read, and although I like the simplicity, maybe the position/team name would be good to add in the text as well? But honestly, it works as-is.

This looks very nice. The dust effect is simple looking (guessing it wasn't easy to do) adding a interesting dimension to the graphic. The Integration of the Crest looks seamless and as if it was actually on the jersey at the time of the picture. The white background makes the image and name really pop! The color choice and fonts are great! I would add a shadow effect to the name to give it bit more pizazz and have it standout even more.
