The current state of the Houston Bulls organization is questionable but promising for the near future. Current GM of the Houston Bulls was given this team two seasons ago in poor condition and has brought with him a promising future for the VHML organization. In my first ever article we will be covering the Houston Bulls, the current GM’s thoughts, and other GM’s thoughts on the organization.

When asked about the current situation of the team’s AGM position rjfryman replied saying “Well as of right now I have been through a round or two of questions with most of the applicants and I have it narrowed down to 3 at the moment. Each with their own strengths and weakness, but all three being amazing and wonderful people.” This comes as a good sign for the fans outside of the organization as the Houston Bulls have been without an AGM for some time in this frustrating season so far. There is no given or specified time for when the next AGM for the Houston Bulls will be announced but we hope it we be very soon!

I asked him about his thoughts on his season so far and what he hopes for the future of the team, to which he replied “I was given the Houston Bulls 2 seasons ago. This season I didn't have many picks from deals made by the previous GM so I sold any asset I could for future picks. That being said who knows if my theory will work but I'm hoping that by selling picks to get more assets like for example 'trading the 1st overall for a late 1st and late second' yes I would be trading away a guaranteed star for the possibility of a couple good players I think with the way I draft and evaluate player I can create teams that are based around the idea of always having 2 seasons out of every player I draft. I expect from next season on to be in the playoff race every season until the team no longer belongs to me.” The Houston Bulls have 12 draft picks for the coming up S75 Dispersal Draft and 10 draft picks for the S76 Dispersal Draft.

I asked other VHLM GM’s on their thoughts on the Houston Bulls and was given a reply by Philadelphia Reapers GM DMaximus saying “It's pretty difficult to build a team when you have no picks. I think he's done as good as a job as possible given the hand he was dealt. He's really stepped up here, adding a lot of players to his roster in the recent weeks. I think if you look at HOU's future, they have a lot of picks in the next 2 seasons and should do very well. A bad season primarily not of his own doing is not a reflection of rj as a GM in my opinion. I think he's demonstrated he does his homework and I think he'll experience great success in this league.” Reapers GM DMaximus also added “I went a long time without an AGM, so I have no problem with him not currently having an AGM. It can be a big strain on a GM to train an AGM and bring them up to speed, so you need to be prepared as a GM to take on an AGM. I think a GM needs to be comfortable in their position before taking on an AGM. Seems like rj has reached that point.”

The Houston Bulls currently have about 3/4 the maximum number of players they may have lister on their roster. Rjfryman stating early Thursday, October 8th “Every position in the lineup is up for grabs. If you out earn someone I have zero problem giving you more ice time. If you join us and learn I would love to have you. If you are interested in joining us simply message us and say you want to join the Houston Bulls.”

Thank you to the Philadelphia Reapers Organization 2LqwM3o.png and their GM (DMaximus) for their input given for the article, The Houston Bulls Organization image.thumb.png.397605c80bd7039cba94434d29576c6f.pngand GM (Rjfryman) for insight on their team and hopes for the future. (679 words)

Good stuff rookie! I love that you got the news right from the bull’s mouth. Lean on those team leaders to help you make words and earn that sweet sweet TPE. The clickbaity headline sucked me in (I’m an AGM fanboy) but I’m glad I read it all. Keep it up and you’ll have a bright future full of excellent articles!
