After the Riga Reign struggled pretty much all season and had not only the team, but everyone around the league going wtf? They finally hit their stride and the perfect time. Winners of their last 10, the Reign have gotten super hot just before the playoffs have begun. Pretty much guaranteed to make the playoffs from the start of the season, they were out of the race in the European conference between Davos and Vasteras up until well, 10 games ago. Now that they've been non-stop winning they are within points of both teams. This has been a result of Kameron Taylor who is absolutely lighting it up to end his career and Szatkowski Jr. who has been playing out of his mind recently. With an easy schedule to end the season, finishing it off against the Meute for the final 4 games, it isn't out of the question that Riga could continue this winning streak into the playoffs.
