The clean image at the forefront but leaving enough dead space as to not overcrowd it very well done. The name really demands the attention of the viewer with its smooth look and 3D look. Not crazy about the pink tone in the jersey, something you get if you over process an image. background looks stock, could have tied it to the render a bit more. Text is good. A bit small but fits your design choice.
