I'm tagging out for a bit for the rest of the day. May be on later to see what needs help. Did a few things, but keep up the great work everyone. Props to everyone for being patient, for chipping in, I had zero fears that this would really die but it's still nice to see the community involvement.

You could very easily pay the cheapest option of SMF for a month, restore the back up to that site, have it live for a temporary period of time and grab information from there. There is tons of options. Once you actually have the back up fully downloaded there are tons of things to do with it. The only real issue with using paid forum sites like this is that most of their data is all exclusive to their own domain. It's very tough to use that date to host your information on another site. If we had just built the website from ground up, there would be page links to all that stuff saved somewhere that would be easy to share and bring up, without going live. But that isn't the case when your dealing with a forum domain.

Also a warning to others who are also editing the site at the same time as many of us. Hit refresh frequently so you know an actual area to be editing. Seen a few duplicates go up already.

Another random idea. I'm pretty sure there is a way we can set the old site url to auto forward to this one. Thus if anyone tries going to that, shut down site, we should be able to get them here.

Just an idea, but what if we have individual sub forums for every seasons trades? Would make it a lot easier to go hunting for trades from previous seasons, and keep everything looking nice and neat.

No. The back up to my knowledge is the forum data but it is saved most likely so that it may only be restored in SMF. Hence why they asked Sterling to buy the anti DDOS package. If my memory of website design is still fresh, I'm assuming once they get the back up they can boot it up on SMF server side, and see the site..but it isn't live. Feel free to correct me on that end Sterling if such is the case.

Where do I go to download this back up, so I have some reference to the old site for information?
