wasn't that influenced by their penalty shot efficiency ? SO at the end, the better you were in SH, the better stats you would have. Just make it like experience where every season, we get +x for our penalty shot efficiency

The only timing that is related to skill imo is which draft class to go all in. Other than that, buyers and sellers can change at any time. Therefore, the timing I was speaking of is more related to luck than something else. It's not ONLY luck, but like a lot of it.
