To be completely honest it never even crossed my mind that it would matter in the least beacuse even if she was there in the 3rd round I wouldn't pick her beacuse I want her to have playing time. I hired her beacuse she is active personable and has no interest in becoming a GM. Meaning I won't lose her unless she steps down. She is also a great fit beacuse of how personable she is and how she communicates with the community. It never occurred to me ever that me picking her up as an assistant would ever become an issue.

That happens all the time when you scout new players so far this draft ive been told by two players id want that they only really want to play for 2 team and im not one of them. How would this change anything? in the grand scheme of things.

The last three drafts ive had three first gens say they only want to play for 1-2 teams...... im wondering why people find it so hard to separate people and players. Keaton and me as a GM are not the same person in game.

She is of the same ideals as me players and "player agent" are different things. Keaton playing on Cgy didn't influence anything (other than bush kicking me out of the Locker room cuz hes mad)

Disagree the League is going through a transition phase. @BladeMaiden already has contributed more than I thought she would. From what I have experienced watching the Minors its very valuable to have an AGM and its proved to be just that.

He actually im a VHL GM which is one of the major teams in the the VHL we have two tiers the VHLM and the VHL. If you prove you are an active player and contributor you can become a VHLM GM and if your successful one day you could become a VHL GM. if that's the route you would like to go. Unfortunately to prove your active and reliable you have to have a player.
