So the league should come before his personal life choice of helping his daughter? I get what you're saying but he hardly went into this trying to be selfish and to screw STZ over. He has a history of retiring if he is leaving because he is on when he is committed, if he is off then he doesn't want his players to sit around. I just don't think it's fair to rag on a man who would rather get off the internet and take care of his family. Hell family is sometimes all people have outside of this site, so if thats the way it is I won't ever break a man down for it. Walk a day in someone else's shoes sometimes before thinking of a quirky thing to say.

Neither do I. The goalie who hasn't updated in two months is somehow beasting. Not that I'm surprised because it's STHS but it's just hard to comprehend at times.

I actually talked to him after and it was more so down to a health problem with a family member, not sure ragging on him is needed.

It's not hate on that Habs at all. The kid has a history of doing it and he was brushed, if thats a push then the school yard got a whole lot softer since I got out of grade school. To Habs fans saying Burrows has a history of dirty play, Gally has a history of goaltender inference. That caused a goal too. So both ways i guess. You don't personally blame the refs for the game, but at the same time personally blame the refs. It's been said for 2 pages now how sour it is. The game is over, give it up boys. It's the NHL, it has always been inconsistent and will continue to be. You say it was a fun game except for the Burrows part but at the same time excuse Subban for his little hissyfit against Daniel Sedin, the same Daniel Sedin who has averages less than a PIM per game. You guys are saying its not sour grapes, but thats exactly what it is. No way around that. Anyway there is games right now. DET is killing LAK!
