Helsinki has been better in the last two games and so has Zamboni Driver. But the season has not gone to plan for the second year goalie of the Titans. When times are tough and the numbers aren't there as often as you want - how do you remain positive and optimistic? 1 - There is a lot of games left which give the chance to redeem the season. Helsinki has a strong team and with time they will return to the form they had last season. 2 - practice makes perfect. Working hard and continuing to enhance your game can only work out for the better. 3 - Stay positive for the good of your team. There are several players that make up a team. It is never just about you. Get out there and win games as a complete team. Everybody has to do their part and then some. Keeping the room alive and healthy is going to turn bad streaks into good ones. I love being on the Titans. Season 74 is still young. Lets make some noise!!

for @AnthonyOuelletwho the titans are hopeing to see on the blue line some day

Zamboni Driver is searching for his first shutout in the VHL. He had 8 in the M and another in the playoffs in the M. With the Helsinki Titans he has played in 36 games and won 22 of those. His career stats are good as he has stopped 91.4% of shots and has a goals against of 2.54 in those games. It should be a matter of time for Driver to get that shutout. It is the best stat a goalie can get on his season stats. The Titans have been good again this season as they have a record of 14-8-2 and have allowed 71 total goals in their net. Respectable numbers but something that can be improved on. They have scored 79 goals which is in the average of the league and can also be improved on. Helsinki is a great team to play for and they know how to win as a team. Zamboni Driver will get the shutout soon enough. Calvin Harvey would like to see a shutout as well.

Zamboni Driver and Calvin Harvey are the goalie tandem in Helsinki. They both have a bright future in the league. For the short time Helsinki has both of them under the cap they will see great results as they are both strong players that can earn a win on any night. The Titans will be faced with a tough decision next season for who they want to go with long term in goal. Harvey is a year younger and is not going to slow down on development. Driver a year older and has also been seeing a good development path. It is fun to watch these 2 young goalies competing for their team and against each other to make the decision Helsinki will have be a tough one. Zamboni Driver had made his mind clear on wanting to be a Titan for the rest of his career or as long as it makes sense for the titans management side of things.

It is opening week for training camps for both leagues and Zamboni Driver is one of the most anticipated to get back to work. Driver will be the new starting goalie for the Helsinki Titans organization and will be backed up by a rookie named Calvin Harvey. The two are hoping to bring the same level of success that was had last season with Sam Ross and Driver. The finnish club added a big talent to the blue line during this off time, a talented player Seabass Perrin. Seabass was a life time Prague Phantom and decided to test out the free agency and went with the Titans that he believes have what it takes to be back in the finals again this season. Zamboni driver wants to work most on rebound conrtol and his hand eye speed this training camp. As a starter now he needs to be sharper in every part of his play and style.

1. Rebound control and hand eye speed 2. Stopping more dangerous scoring chances and making great passes 3. I cant wait to get started here. It was fun backing up Ross last season and I cant wait to play more games. 4. Take it all in as you are only an rookie one time 5. Riga and Davos 6. 255, and less goals against us

For a rookie that we are looking to have a big year @osens. Lets go Titans!!

After fighting the way through a roller coaster playoff round it has come to an end. Helsinki lost in overtime in game six to Seattle and will finish the cup runner up. It will be a tough season to overtake and forget anytime soon. This roster is just so fun to be around and chat with. I will miss Ben Hafkey a lot. He was such a strong player and I am sad to not have him when I become the Titans starting goalie in just a couple of weeks. I want to thank Jubo and all of the Titans players for such an enjoyable season. This is not looking to slow down either with the Titans strong drafting pattern. Can not wait to get back out there and on the ice wearing my Titans gear. Bring on season 74 and another fun season where we can compete again for a cup run.

1. we have to if we are to win. Confidence is high. 2. They are very pumped and get us all pumped as well 3. Mousepad 4. Just a sprite will do 5. Hope with a cup win 6. Their goalie Funk. Trying to get him off his game.

Someone who is underrated as a pure defensive player. Thank you for being a consistent player for the team all these seasons. @Harpskii

This team is resilient. Helsinki was down 3 games to 2 and knew they needed to perform with two big wins to advance to the second round against Riga. And that is what they did. The Titans threw their game play out the window and decided to pepper the young Malmo goalie with shots. They were able to score 10 goals in the two games and exhausted Malmo's playoff season. Not usually known as a goal scorer the Titans first round star was Jim Bob @jRuutu. He scored 7 goals in the 7 game series. That has him as the playoff leader, the 2 players below him were 2 Malmo players at 6 goals and they both had already played 12 games. The Titans had many star performances including Erik Summers, Hiroshi Okada, Valteri Vaakanainen, Ben Hafkey, Erik Draven and Jared Spaz who are all over 1 point per game. Helsinki's powerplay was 25% in the series. Samuel Ross was great with 92.3% and 2.73 goals against average. Bring on the Riga Reign.

There are 10 games left for the first place Helsinki Titans. They are tied with the Seattle Bears for first in the league. In the conference standing they are 10 points up on the Riga Reign and have clinched a playoff position today. The Helsinki Titans are not sure who they will play in the first round. Looking at the standings the 4th seed in the European conference is not a sure thing yet. Prague has the spot right now and has 68 points, HC Davos is 1 point out with 67 and Malmo has 66 but has an important game in hand on both. Moscow is not a guaranteed playoff team although it is not a likely outcome for them to not hold on. They are six points up on Prague as of today. In the North American conference it is a similar story. Seattle seems to have the top spot and there are 3 teams competing for the 4th seed. Those teams are DC with 68 points, Toronto with 67 and Vancouver also at 67. A lot of fun story lines to follow.
