  1. 1) The season has kicked off now, how do you feel about your team's performance to this point of the season?
I feel great about Yukons season so far. We are getting in penalty trouble but those waves will settle later on in the season. I feel confident Yukon can bring in some hardware at the end of the year.

    2) What would you say has been your best performance in a game so far this season?
My best performance would probably be the game where i registered my first career goal. i had some hits in that game as well.

    3) For some of you this will have been your first week of experience with the sim, what are your thoughts on the sim engine thus far?

Sim Engine is very good and simple to read post game reports

    4) If you could bring in a brand new point task for the VHL, what would it be?

Rookie player of the month for 1 TPE( Only players who are on their first VHLM skater)

    5) The World Juniors cup will be happening in the near future, how likely do you think you'll be to representing your country?

I am confident that i can represent team Canada as their top RW. I feel like i can bring a new element to the Red & White

    6) Of all the logos in the VHLM, which one would you consider your favourite and why?

Vikings because it symbolizes the physical and violent style that i wanna play with

Best words to describe Nathan is pure strength, size and speed. He's a truck with a F-1 engine. Blazing speed with hard shot and a big frame that can dent the boards with the oppositions players. He can has the ability to do well in any style a coach wants. He’s big enough to play the physical game,Fast enough to play the speed game. He has the tools to be a force on any line on any team in any league. His play style is simple yet deathly “Run em into the ground!”. He’s also an agitator, He’s in your face all the time, he’ll start scrums post whistle to get his team motivated. Even if he doesn’t have a letter on his jersey he’ll act like a leader on and off the ice.

    Strengths

    • Physicality/Strength

Nathan is usually one of the bigger and stronger players on of the most teams he's on. He can body others with ease. Teams play him on the PP as the screen due to his stiffness in front where he isn’t likely to be moved. He loves playing the body. He loves the physical part of the game although he's not big on fighting but if liberties are being taken on his teammates he’d gladly step in

    • Skating/Speed

Speed kills and Nathan understood that motto at a young age. He realized that being big and strong isn’t the only thing needed for the new style of play so he worked on his skating, mainly he  trained his agility in the corners. Nathan excels in the dump and chase system. He isn’t challenging McDavid for the title of fastest skater alive but he's got the ability to break away when needed.

    • Shot Power

With great strength comes a heavy and hard shot. Nathan has this in spades. Usually the defencemen have the heavy slapper but Nathan’s slapshot is one of his greatest offensive tools. He tends to play around the faceoffs if he's needed there and takes bombs ( Drouin style). His wrister isn't the quickest but if he can get it off in time it's going to cause a bruise if its blocked.

He has to develop a quicker shot if he wishes to find a regular spot in the lineup. It's his biggest offensive weakness and must be addressed soon

    Weaknesses

    • Shot Accuracy

Nathan is not a sniper at all. His release isn't quick nor does he snip corners. He won’t be racking up a high goal total via his deadly shot speed nor is he a #1 triggerman on the powerplay. Due to his frame his snapper isn’t near elite levels and you question if it ever will be.

    • Defensive awareness

      •               Nathan isn’t winning any DPOTY awards anytime soon. He’s not great in his own zone. He isn’t a PK Specialist nor is he the one you want out there when you need to defend a lead in the final seconds. He isn’t going to be best defender on your team and most likely needs an average defensive player to support him on a line

    • Penalties

Playing on the edge you are bound to go over it. Nathan’s hitting style is useful but he tends to get calls against him usually due to him finishing a lot of his checks and not letting up in the corners. He’s a nasty player that drives teams nuts. He’s a firestarter. He’ll chirp, crosscheck, slash or even jump players without a second thought. He wants to be hated by the opposition and to no one's surprise the officials aren’t big on those things.

He needs to get his ego in check to be a regular in the VHL.
