  1. This is an incredible honor I did not expect! Wow I can't believe it, thanks to my teammates, I will make you proud! Congrats to Chameleon and Groves on their Captaincy also! Bratislava Proud!!

  3. 1. Strong winds have sailed and our draft brought in many great players, what would you wish them in the coming season? May all our draftees this season be granted with hot sticks and pin-point accuracy, letting them score many points and help the Watchmen win a championship! Let;s just have a fun season though and everyone enjoy themselves. 2. GM Frostbeard has been discussed as a possible VHLL (VHL Latvia) league commissioner and GM of all 29 teams. How do you feel about that? There is a VHL Latvia??? Frostbeard would obviously be a great choice and could handle managing all teams. His beard is all powerful. 3. We had a brilliant time as a team in Free Agency and we picked up a strong player in Bradley Buzzer. How much do you think it matters to get a premier player like that whom wants to sign with our team? I think it's great, it looks good for the team that players want to sign with us and also his game is strong on the ice and he will help the team. 4. William Groves decided to spend another season down in VHLE and be a dominant force here, do you think his veteran presence is going to be important for our fairly young roster? Groves made a good decision and I think veteran leadership is always important, especially with a young group of guys here. 5. While the partnership with Viking Brandy brand from Sweden is going great, Bratislava city has offered a chance to sponsor our team by offering a bonus of 2 Million Euros if we Win 3 game in a row. How many times do you think we will achieve that in our 72 game season? Apparently we are going to all be millionaires because we're going to win 3 games in a row, a lot! 6. What is the most important thing you worked on you player this off-season, any particular skill you needed to improve? I have a good plan and have been saving up tpe so I can hit 85 defense before the season, then in-season I can work up Puck handling and others with lower tpe needed to improve those. My scoring is now 90 also, which is great.

  7. Thanks, this was actually pretty tough, I didn't use a render cut, had to trace them individually and paste onto the rink background, then do logo swaps and add various elements and layers. Change the jersey color and add stripes, etc. Probably the most work I've had to put into a sig yet but was fun.
  8. It was an exciting week for Latvian Sniper Girts Galvins as he was eligible for two drafts, the VHLE and the VHL! After a huge season in the VHLM for the Las Vegas Aces and a great playoff performance Girts was contacted by quite a few teams for both these drafts and it was a fun experience getting scouted and he looked forward to seeing where he ended up on draft day. First we have the VHLE draft where Girts Galvins was taken 12th overall by the Bratislava Wacthmen! What an honor to be selected so high, Girts is very excited to be joining the Watchmen this season, he had great talks with their GM's before the draft and had a feeling he may end up there. When he saw the alert he was drafted by them he couldn't be happier. Very excited to get started with the Bratislava Watchmen this season and hopefully help them win a championship! Next we have the VHL draft where Girts Galvins was taken with the 17th overall pick by the Warsaw Predators! He was the 1st pick on the 2nd round, almost becoming a 1st round pick! Not bad from being 42nd pick in the VHLM draft. Girts is excited to be part of the Warsaw organization and while he was not contacted by them in pre-draft scouting he's been impressed with his new gm's so far and has heard good things about the organization from his former GM in Vegas. Galvins is looking forward to becoming a Warsaw Predator one day and has vowed to develop into a superstar for his new organization. Girts plans on once again being the steal of the draft as he was in the VHLM at 42 for Vegas, he aims to be a huge steal in the VHL at 17 for Warsaw. Looking forward to playing for my new teams in the coming seasons!
  9. Congrats everyone! Great season and performances! I'm honored to win a few awards and especially to have the Steal award named after Girts Galvins!! WOW!! Thank you!
  10. Girts Galvins was a good choice!! Go Watchmen!!
  11. Girts Galvins Height: 6'6" Weight: 240 lbs Born: Latvia Position: LW - Sniper The Las Vegas Aces traded up to take Girts Galvins at pick 42 in the VHLM draft and he probably became the steal of the draft as the Latvian sniper was among the league leaders in goals, points, powerplay and game winning goals. Galvins also led the playoffs in goal scoring with 15 markers in 16 games while adding 15 assists for 30 points helping his team reach game 6 of the cup finals. Ultimately Galvins and the Aces fell just short of winning a championship in his rookie season but he certainly made his mark in the league as one of the fastest rising and most talented players in this draft class. Galvins joined the VHLM draft at just 75 tpe and finished the season at over 220tpe, a tremendous pace as he showed consistent earning every week of his junior career. Galvins playing career got started as a 2nd line left wing for the Aces, he contributed goals every few games and helped the team to an 8-0 start. He quickly improved on the ice and became a consistent scorer as the Aces continued a dominant early season run leading their division and were looking like one of the top teams in the VHLM. Galvins was playing well and his build was becoming more and more effective every week, so much so that about half way through the season his GM's promoted him to 1st line alongside Alex The Great and Adelline Della Donne. This line quickly become one of if not the best line in the VHLM as they dominated the scoresheet every game and Galvins goals and points started skyrocketing. The chemistry on this line was amazing and Galvins was one of the hottest players in the league during the 2nd half finishing with 43 goals, good for 6th in the entire league and 91 points which was 9th in the league. He also led the league in game winning goals with 11 and was top 10 in powerpay goals with 14. Just an absolute great performance for Girts Galvins and the Aces who finished 1st in the West and had the 2nd best record in the league. They battled with the Houston Bulls in the 2nd half of the season and were able to outlast them for the division heading into the playoffs as a top 2 seed. Galvins and the Aces had a great playoffs, starting out with a sweep of Saskatoon which also saw Galvins score 5 goals in one game which was pretty amazing. They then took on Phlly which was a closer series, Galvins and the top line played well again and the Aces won in 6 games. Galvins led the playoffs in goal scoring heading into a finals showdown with Ottawa. This was a flip flop series as Ottawa won the first two games and then Vegas won the next two games, setting up a best of 3 series for the cup. Ottawa won both game 5 and 6 depsite a valiant effort from Vegas and the Aces season came to a close falling just short. Galvins led the playoffs in goals and was 2nd in points, a great showing in his first season and he really enjoyed the experience. Overall his rookie season was a great experience and he loved playing for the Las Vegas Aces and GM's AJ and Mubbles. Recently surpassing 200tpe Galvins now moves on the the VHLE and VHL drafts. As I write this he was just drafted 12th overall in the VHLE draft by the Bratislava Watchmen! An exciting new chapter awaits for Girts Galvins in year two!
  12. Girts Galvins is coming off an exceptional playoff run with the Las Vegas Aces where he led the league in goal scoring with 15 goals in 16 games. Galvins was a huge part of Vegas near cup win as the team fell just short to Ottawa in a close series. Galvins now turns his attention to the draft where he's been getting interest from quite a few teams. The 91 point scorer in the regular season has caught the eye of more than a few general managers and is excited to see where he ends up on draft day! A few quick notes about what to expect from Girts Galvins the player and member. The player will be a star, max earning or close to it and will develop as a high-end goal scorer with defensive ability and speed. Later in his career he plans to add some checking to his game. Galvins will never be much of a playmaker, so scoring is what to expect from Galvins as he's done all season in Vegas. Girts the member you can expect to contribute on the site in support of the team with articles and graphics but he's not a discord user, which I realize may drop him a bit in the draft. That said he's been active in the Aces forum discussion thread in support of the team. Any team drafting Galvins will get a friendly easy to coach great earning player who will help the team win games. Thanks
  13. Congrats guys, but disappointed to see Girts Galvins not make this roster... maybe next year
  14. 1. Las Vegas lost in the Founder's Cup Finals in a 4-2 series. What is your review on this playoff run? We had a great run and it was a lot of fun, we pushed ottawa to a best of 3 and almost pulled off the upset. I'm proud of my team for doing as well as we did. 2. How did your player perform during these playoffs? My player was great, 15 goals and 15 assists for 30 points in 16 games. I led the playoffs in goal scoring and had a 5 goal game. 3. What are the next steps of your player's career? Moving up to VHLE? Returning to the VHLM? I would love to stay with the Aces in the VHLM, but apparently I earned too much tpe and have to go up to the VHLE. I will definitely cherish my season with the Aces and wish I could've done another with them. 4. How was your time in Vegas this season? I personally had a blast with y'all. I really enjoyed it, even if I wasn't in discord, I was able to interact a bit in the site locker room and through pm's with the team, so it was good. 5. Are you watching the NFL wildcard series? Do you have a team you're routing for? I watched the bengals raiders game and a little of the chiefs steelers. No particular team im rooting for at the moment. 6. Tell me something that's on your bucket list. attending a stanley cup finals game 7
