So why not put in a penalty system for those who are intentionally trying to stay down. Maybe the 150 is where the career year starts at. I mean even if they wanna stay down and get the 100 more that's only 250.

That would be the problem of said person who is earning TPE. They could go up and play when they want to or just wait a year. In all honesty, it would be their decision.

The person who plays up will still earn the same amount of TPE so not sure what you are getting on about.

Well you won't see a single PT out of me here because I can do it in another league and it will take away form activity/discussion here. This week was the first time in a few weeks I did a PT here only due to the doubles week. Unless I have incentive to do something here, what's the point?

I don't have to be in the BOG to realize this should have been implemented. The only thing that needs to be removed is the career years part. If x person gets drafted in season 62, then they don't hit the cap to be a rookie that year, that next year they are still down, it does not affect their career years. They can essentially come up to the VHL for season 63, be a ROOKIE and have 8 FULL seasons left on their career. Also, I did take offense to the "No offense, but you're not int he BoG" remark.

It shouldn't have to be discussed. People are losing out on career years while we wait for something that should have already been implemented.

I mean fuck it, I guess those who aren't in another league get shit on because they aren't in that league. We are pretty much smacking those members in the face for not being in another league. 100% agree
