Okay so @Dil @Beaviss @Devise @Beketov @Motzaburger @Josh @Quik So. After reading with rest of page 2 and all of page 3 i propose this. We get 2 OFFICIAL Backup simmer who get paid 1 TPE per sims they do. We make a sim schedule. If there isent a sim at 9pm Eastern Standard Time backup can swoop in and sim it. Regardless if the real simmer has said amything or not. This eliminates the "sudden life changes" and simmers don't have to stress about simming. We also start streaming the sims. Weather its everyone or just backups I dont care. Now. Before you say "this happens once or twice" yes. It does. With this we dont have to have it happen ever. And having the two OFFICIAL backup simmer dont have to work if Devise and Beke can do their job at 9pm EST or earlier. And they dont get paid. Problem solved. Any other questions?

I think even if simmers are admins the sims should be streamed. We are all humans and humans can get greedy

I think this is good idea. Setting up and streaming STHS is super easy and quick. Since the sim in itself doesnt take very long ether.

I think some of you are missing the point. Motza did not mean new users when he said 'newer' he meant ppl who are already part of the community and want to do it. Giving people sims every day is great for everyone. Keeps us engaged. I personally find it frustrating when during weekends when you expect the sims most you dont get any because simmer is busy. Here is where a 2nd simmer who can do it once in a while is perfect. I think every team in the league has someone who has the sim and license already and are willing to continue it. Giving 1 or 2 tpe when they sim isent going to collapse the ecosystem and inflate the tpe. If you think its hard to find trustworthy people then interview all the canditates, maybe even train them. That is how you earn trust. You cannot see someone trustworthy if you havent interacted with them before. Here is also where the COMMUNICATION comes in handy rhat Motza was talking about. Thank you. Get a 2nd simmer and pull your heads from your asses
