Congrats on being drafted, can say I was both surprised and not surprised when you went as high as you did. I wish you the best career in Halifax and wherever you go next. But I also hope you always lose to Ottawa.

ANSWER 3 QUESTIONS FOR 1 TPE, 6 QUESTIONS FOR 2 1. Who do you think has the best name on the team, other than yourself? I personally think it's @FreshOceanCod with Ocean Coddoler. Here's a link to all the names if you need them https://vhlportal.com/teams/11 2. What kind of player are you trying to build? 3. Ottawa used to have a different logo, I'll show the old and new one below. Which do you prefer and why? OLD NEW 4. What's been your favourite way of earning TPE so far? Do you like writing press conferences, making graphics, clicking that welfare button? 5. Make a bold prediction for howmany points your player will end up with at the end of the season. Do you think they'll have more goals or assists? 6. Do you want me to @ you every week when I post a press conference? They're easily one of the best ways to earn TPE with how fast you can complete them. I'll be @ing a lot of you this week, let me know if you'd prefer if I dont. @Luke033 @Fno @BigRig @Dominic @youloser1337 @ctoland102 @Legacy @Lando10 @jacobcarson877

1. How do you feel about Ottawa's chances and the team this season? 2. Were you surprised where you landed in the draft or did you expect it? 3. How excited are you for this next season? 4. Who do you think are going to be announced as captains this season for the Lynx? 5. How are you enjoying the VHL so far? Are you brand new or a veteran? 6. If you had to pick an NHL player to be featured in a graphic for you, who would you choose?

This just in, two season starter and mainstay in the Las Vegas Aces, Hugo Boss, has just been traded to Ottawa to become their brand new starter. With the upcoming draft, it's clear both teams have a direction they want to go in. Ottawa also acquired some depth picks in the upcoming draft with a 4th and a 5th while Vegas got Ottawa's 94 1st round pick and a 3rd from Halifax. Ottawa is looking to be a top team this season, with many picks and the draft and now what could be a top goalie this season. While Vegas seems to be moving in the opposite direction, towards a tanking situation, stocking up on picks for next season. Boss last season had 37 wins, 18 regulation losses and 6 losses in overtime. He bolstered a .891 save percentage and a 3.01 GAA. With him in net, Vegas were able to make a deep playoff run, including a first round win against Ottawa, before being swept in the finals by the Reapers.

1. Every single one of them combined, take away the bad ones though. 2. Gustav, my first GM. That whole team was great but he was constantly there and I try to be as active in my AGMing as he was for me and the rest of Mississauga. 3. Basketball, only really got into it a few years ago but have become a big fan quick. 1. If you've already been drafted, do you think you were a steal? Just right? A bust? If you haven't been yet then what do you think you will be? 2. Who do you think makes the best graphics in the league? 3. If you could only do graphics, media spots or podcasts for the next year for TPE, which would you choose?

Made this over a week ago and somehow forgot about it @KmaddFPS

I've been wanting this for years. A counter on a players update page on howmuch capped they've done per week (example included). It's easy to count to 12 but it would be helpful for a quick glance to make sure you've hit 12/12 per week, and very helpful for drafting to see howmuch players are earning across a couple week/month scale. shoutout @jacobcarson877

Yea just something that you'd want everyone to see like a favourite graphic or something

Could add the ability to pin a certain post on somebodys profile. Just one post that they want everyone to see when visiting their profile.

1. Just gotta work on the team chemistry and make sure everyone is jelling together. 2. A little bit of everything overall, but I think a big focus right now is scoring. 3. Sadly we lost in the first round of the playoffs, but regular season wise I joined the team late and we had a decent time. 4. I like the idea and I think it's great for the newer players, especially first gens. 5. Anything I can get my hands on. 6. Max out and play in the VHLM while hoarding up TPE. Then hopefully make my VHL debut in season 94.

Need to be careful too to not over do it. If we have a ton of recruitment and it leads to a ton of welfare players sadly they might fill up the VHLM leaving not many spots for others.
-
I'd like to apply to either position.

Going into the Junior Showcase Tournament, the Phantom of the VHL had very high hopes. After a crushing first round playoff defeat, The Phantom needed something to take his mind off his first ever playoff loss. Then he was made aware he would be an avaliable pick in the upcoming JST, his hopes flared up. Would he be the first overall pick? A top 10 selection. The hopes were high, but sadly the answers to both of those questions was no, they were very far off. Instead of being a top pick as he believed in himself to be, The Phantom was picked by the Royals at pick number 47. 47 of 80 total picks. While this was devastating to The Phantom and his morale, he knew what he had to do. He had to make up for the low pick and prove that he was much more worthy than that. As the games begun, The Phantom's presence was felt, through the first three games he showed flashes of being potentially one of the best in the tournament with three goals and three assists, only point off of the first place spot. The tournament still has a lot of games to be played, but if The Phantom is able to keep up this pace he will finish among the top of the leaderboards, an astounding result for a 47th overall pick.
