I'm new so I don't know how any of this works.

Ryszard in his first game of the season scored a Hat Trick, a debut that any hockey player would be proud of, but to get it as a Defenseman is very rare. Ryszard had a solid performance coming away with a +3, and 3 Shots on Goal which all 3 shots turned out to be Goals in his debut. The Young Russian Defender has been listed as untouchable until his contract is up, and he gets drafted. He has been projected to be a 1st Round Pick in the upcoming draft, and this performance is nothing short of his drafted scouting. Ryszard, was very happy with his performance in his first game, and was glad to see he can perform at a high level for the team as a whole. "I was very happy with how tonight went for me, for the team, and when we seem to be falling we are jumping right back into the swing of things with a couple of wins. We glad to be making a push, and it just helps having the great roster of talent top to bottom, and we are very excited to get the rest of the season under way. I am glad I could perform at a high level as everyone else could.

1.) I bring the IQ to the game, and lot of hard working ethic. 2.) My expectations for the season is to be a team player, and help us win some hockey games whether that be me playing great shutdown defense or needing me to chip in on offense. 3.) It's exciting to play for a new team, and never know what to expect out of the game, but I have been in some types of crowds before I don't think it will faze me. 4.) I'm a big Blake Gaudette guy brings a lot of talent to his team, and I just like him as a whole. 5.) Phil has been the most welcoming teammate, and I hope me and him start doing well together, I hope we can do some good things together.

Like I said, I chip in offense when I need to.

Born Ryszard Franciszek, in Moscow, Russia. Ryszard was raised under Vladimir and Pietra Franciszek. Ryszard from a young age, had shown signs of raw talent being a star defender. Ryszard started Peewee hockey younger than everyone else at the age of 4 Years Old. Given the Nicknames Russian Roulette, Russian, Tank, RyFranz, and RyGuy. Ryszard Franciszek has been a top defender wherever he has gone. PeeWee, Bantams, Midgets, High School, College for a Year, Juniors, WJC, and MHL. Since then he has come to the VHLM, hoping to become a top star in VHL. Ryszard has been known as a 2-Way Defenseman who can shoot just as good as a winger, and can defend better than most. His most memorable moments, have been winning the WJC as Captain of Russia in the WJC. He has been known to never be in the Negative with the on/off ice +/- stat. Ryszard has been known to join the CSKA Moscow academy, and was a star. Although Vladimiir Franciszek was never too happy with how things were being run, he pulled Ryszard out of the KHL Academy, and went with sending Ryszard to North America where he landed a 1-Year Deal with the San Diego Marlins. Ryszard is not the only one his family of Hockey Sensations, his Brother Vladimir Franciszek Jr. was also on the long line of hockey player, but never turned out as he was a Goalie who never turned out. He is playing as the Backup for St.Petersburg. Ryszard has become quite the phenomenon in Russia, although people are upset with the discision for him to move to North America, it is the best interest of Ryszard. Ry has decided during offseasons he would go back home to work with the St.Petersburg KHL team for training with his brother. He has been welcome for awhile. "I just want to become the best I can in anyway I can, and going back home to be with family, and not have to think about them all the time is a good idea for me as a person. I am glad to get this opportunity to play in the VHL, but I will be focusing on my game as a whole if I get any other opportunities as a person. My job is to get pucks in deep, and to get my team to play their game, pick up pucks, hit, and play defense to the best of my abilities. My best of my abilities, can always grow, and I will be growing in anyway I can possible." Ryszard was raised in Moscow until his age of 4 where he moved to St.Petersburg to play select hockey, where a lot of teams were trying to recruit him to come to their team, but ultimately landed in St.Petersburg for the opportunity to play with Oleg Znarok, a former Russian International Team Hockey Coach. During his High school days, he played with coach Vladimir Tretiak, who encourage the young defender to graduate early to get a head start on his Juniors, which is what he did, at the age of 16 he graduated from St.Petersburg Educational Institution. Ryszard played with the MHL for 5 Years from the age of 13-18, in their Juniors, and MHL. Which helped him get a Top 15 Player Ranking Hockey Prospect in the Country of Russia. While in MHL, top defender Oliver Malkin injured himself right before deadline. Ryszard took charge of the team after the Captain's departure. He took over the team as interim Captain for the rest of the season, and playoffs. The team was out of playoffs by 15 Points, and in the last 43 Games, got a total of 77 Points hitting 38 wins in 48 games with a stellar second half of the season, Ryszard took his team through the playoffs leading the team in Hits, Points, and +/- Stat winning the Playoff MVP award for the MHL. He has an injury history with a torn Achilles, and a fractured Wrist. Ryszard played through the torn Achilles in Playoffs winning the cup. He immediately got surgery right after, only t o be back 2 months after the start of the season, playing lights out again. Ryszard has made himself known as a top defender, but has had a suspension history of 3 brutal boarding calls, but looking to be a little more disciplined in upcoming years. Ryszard is 18 right, now but is ready for the future years of his career, but wants to be Jaromir Jagr were he plays hockey until he dies. we will see if that stays true. Ryszard as a kid took a liking for other sports including his country popular sport Football, dreaming to become a FIFA player for out of Country team FC Barcelona. It did not come to light for him as he focused on Hockey for most of his life, and only playing Select Football in Moscow for half a year. Ryszard is engaged at the age of 18 with his future to be wife and high school sweet heart Mia Tverdovsky who is also a Hockey player in her own right as she plays international Hockey in multiple countries including Canada, United States, Sweden, Finland, and her native country Russia. She is most proud to be a International Winger for the Russian Women's Team. Ryszard has other hobbies he does in his off time. School mandatory sporting board game Chess is a huge hobby for his off time to keep his mind off of the game of Hockey for a bit of days off, and during the offseason. With winning his High School's Chess Tournament, and making it to Nationals finishing the school in the top 3 by the end of his High School days. Nationally known for being a multi-sport athlete Ryszard does however indeed play chess in USCF, or United States Chess Federation which he does tournaments on the monthly and makes him good money in the offseason. Ryszard a man of many talents suffices to doing many things to keep himself from getting bored, and making himself some decent hustle money on the side.

Hello, I am Ryszard Franciszek. I am from Moscow, Russia. Defenseman for the San Diego Marlins, I am a big body love to get into physicality side of the game. I am 6"6 230 pounds. I have turned myself into a Defensive monster, but also being able to get involved in the offense at times when needed. Offense - Offensive Capabilities, I like shooting from the point. When I can get a slap shot in I like get the slap shots in on goal. I pinched the boards to help out my wingers who don't have enough support and lose the puck in the O-Zone. Defense - I play a spacing defense. I put emphasis on using my stick to knock pucks away from the opponent. I love using my big body to knock guys off the puck. I like playing pucks on the boards behind the net to get my presents into the game. Checking - Physicality is a big part of my game to knock players off the puck. I love using the body to knock player off pucks on the boards, and in open ice. Discipline - I am undisciplined at times, I get into some anger issues, which I am working on, but I will be working my hardest on it as long as possible. Skating - My skating ability is a working progress, for now I will be working on my offense and defense, but my skating will also be a key piece I will be working on. Strength - Huge part of my game, I use my brute force to knock players off of pucks, and hopefully get into positions I need on the ice. Defensive Player Type 2-way Defenseman who is tall, big body, and strong who can chip in on offense while being a Shutdown Defenseman. I hope to be going up the tables in full, we will see by the end of the season where I end up. I am hoping to be a 150 TPE player by the time, or maybe even more when draft comes up. Puck Handling/Passing - Both are going to be a key piece in my training each week, and hopefully I can do the best of my abilities. Leadership - I am working to become top in Leadership on the ice, I like where this team is heading, and it seems like they needed someone of my talents to lead a team, and hopefully I can provide necessary knowledge. My ability to know how to build the player that works for what player architype is big, I know how to do it pretty decently I know what to look to improve by looking at my player stats, and everything in between. Most important thing to me is being a good person in the locker room, being a positive guy for guys to be around, and hopefully we can end up winning some hockey Games here in San Diego, but also looking forward to joining in VHL team. I have no preferences, and I will leave it up to my Manager to decide if I am the right fit for the team or not.

I would like to say Thank you to San Diego for signing me to a 1-Year Contract. I am glad to have a year to focus on what I can do for me as a player, and helping San Diego win some Hockey Games. I am willing to take any question you guys have....

TSN Report Breaking News: Ryszard Franciszek has signed a 1-Year Deal worth 1.5M. Sources say Franciszek was scheduled to sign for Halifax, but no offer was reported to come in to play. Houston also had a late offer, but in miscommunications Houston thought they landed the young Russian Defenseman, but San Diego had actually signed him. Franciszek just coming off of his WJC for the Russian team, he was very happy to sign a contract in North America. Sources say that the General Manager, and Franciszek talked Long-term, and short-term. Although the contract might be a risk for both sides, if Franciszek doesn't perform, or San Diego loses out on the bright young russian talent. Either way both are very happy with what they have been getting, as San Diego Marlins General Manager has spoken saying "We like having him in the Organization, looks like a Diamond in the Rough". Ryszard is getting ready for this upcoming season, but will be playing at his full potential to show that he is the right option in San Diego. Ryszard in an interview has thanked Houston, and Halifax for the interest, but ultimately feels he has landed in the best spot he could. Ryszard feels that he has brought to the table something that San Diego can use, and we will see further on this throughout the season.

First off I would like to thank San Diego for signing me to a contract, glad to have that resolved. I have signed for 1-Year Deal 1.5M, so happy to accept that deal. I know how to play to my strengths, and my weaknesses, I know I can perform on defense to the best of my abilities and I will try to do my part to get better. I will try my best to do everything I can for my team to win games whether that be physical, offensive, defensive, or even play as an enforcer role. So glad to be with the team, and ready to get my season started out with a bang. Coming over to San Diego from Moscow has definitely been a ride, and a fun one at that, just glad I can be apart of the great journey I am about to take a ride on, very excited for the opportunities that I have gotten. Houston, Halifax I both want to thank for the contract offers, and it's humbling to see the interest in me from them, but I would like to be apart of a new team, and someone who I can make an impact on, and be apart of a team that has gotten to me first. I so far like the Locker Room, and I like the team in general. I want to thank my family, and friends for helping me down this path. I have agreed upon what my role will be with my General Manager, as we have discussed this in my contract, I will further be discussing this later in the year, and hopefully I will be able to give out more detail at that time. I am happy with whatever they would like me to be, and hopefully for the betterment of the team. We would like to build around a solid core, and they feel I am capable of being apart of that Solid core long-term. We will go on a year to year basis on contract terms, we will further negotiate an extension once my first year is under my belt, and I will be happy to negotiate openly with San Diego, and whoever else is interested I will also talk with them if negotiations do so breakdown with San Diego, but for the short-term I feel that San Diego is the right place for me to take my talents. I would be glad to take on any role they need in the future. My opportunities on this team for now will be limited until further notice of my progression, and I will gladly take whatever I can get with this team. I am very happy to be with the team to begin with, and I am ready to get started with my training, and my growth, again I can not stress enough how thankful I am for the offers that have been given to me, I will further assess my contract situation later in this year with any other team including San Diego. I will not count out any options, as I am content on playing with any Hockey team just glad to be apart of the game of Hockey. - Ryszard Franciszek

See I didn't get an offer from then, and didn't think I would so I just accepted a different offer. It's alright tho, I might join you guys some point in my career.

I meant to join San Diego. I never actually signed with Houston, he just answered before I could get the msg out to SD. But I meant to sign with SD, but I was so confused on the whole thing.
