That doesn't exist. All we could have done slider wise is affected goal scoring or assists on a league wide slider but that would have affected everyone exactly the same, we tried it. So meta players were still better, they were just scoring less, but everyone else moved down as well. This was also tested and did have some effect but was found to be less impactful and fixed only the meta problem, and not as drastically as the hybrid attributes did. So effectively it fixed 1 thing instead of 3 or 4 and not as well which made it less of a desirable choice. It was considered and tested though. Keep in mind everyone else does too though. Similar to the sliders point above, everyone is affected evenly. So the numbers may not say 99 anymore but they don't for anyone really so everyone is affected an even amount. The amin difference now is being smarter with your TPE instead of just "more = better"
