It was always 8 until the recent shift to 9 happened. However back in the day you were incentivized slightly to retire earlier so there were higher carryover amounts in season 6 and 7 of your career meaning you had people either chasing records or retiring early for the payout.

This is the nicest thing anyone has ever said about me while also comparing me to a couch; well done. Frankly I’m just too stubborn to leave at this point.

Not sure how long he stuck around in the VHL as my memory is hazy but Adrian was one of the OG ESHL guys, great member back in the day.

Fun fact: we’ve never actually changed sim engines. Unless of course you mean that leagues prior to the VHL didn’t use STHS which would be true. As far as I’m aware we were the first player sim to use it.

More or less. You basically just have to do a theme PT and post in the birthday thread this week. Once that’s done you can claim both in whichever week you want.

So long as you have posted in here this week (which you have) and you do the Theme week PT this week you can claim either one in either week.

I do like the colour coding so that it’s easier to spot at a glance what stuff affects the same attribute. That wouldn’t work at all on mobile mind you but I think trying to find one that works perfect on both is possibly just making it worse on both.

There’s probably a balancing act to it. Having them both visible was a bit cluttered looking on desktop and absolutely atrocious on mobile but maybe we keep the toggle for mobile and have both visible in a cleaner way on desktop. Would definitely be open to UI ideas.
