Would these new members even realize immediately that this league runs with the two line system? Come on...and this still would be nice to them as they would have a good chance to fill the holes. I'm having hard time to believe that they would leave the league basically because we have two lines, not 3/4. People are leaving the league because of not having enough activity, not the lines shit.

I mean it would be fine to see at least 80 players in the VHL league (10 players for two full lines per team = 80 in total, not including goalies) for sake of better parity.

You're right. Big ego and thing, such as myself. This may even be reason why we could have an expansion once again if more members comes in. I don't know the history of VHL, but I assume this two line thing exists for a long time so the older members get used to it.

I got a lil bit different question. Who would be ready to see his player playing less minutes even if the league has a successful recruitment campaign for having 3 or more lines in almost every VHL team? Would be interested to see an answer here.

And again, not sure if everybody or even the majority would be on board with it. Like me - If I was an usual member, seeing my guy playing 10 something minutes for 2 or more seasons would hurt my activity.

But again, SBA and EFL does exactly the same. Posting PT in EFL and claiming 6 TPE welfare in SBA; Posting a PT in SBA, claiming 6 TPE welfare in EFL. The same thing. A couple of EFL'ers joined SBA recently and are still staying active, so maybe this welfare system isn't the biggest problem?
