User @Achilles has been permanently banned from VHL for additional infractions during their current ban. Violations include: 1.1 - Harassment of ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability nature. 1.4 - Harassment of members continuously during ban. 1.5 - Targeted personal attacks on members. While the harassment and attacks took place outside of the forums/discord, they impact the safety of our community members and the nature of the attacks were of VHL related reasons. The safety of our community remains our top priority.

People being bad for the community annoy me generally yes. We are too sensitive or maybe you're stuck in the old world where you think it was acceptable. The world has changed and that is also how we have adapted to it. You were told from multiple people and multiple servers that your attitude was unacceptable, who is the out of touch person here?

I wasn't around at the time when this occurred itself but the discussion I reviewed indicated that it was definitely a "please stop" look and not a "lets punish everyone" talk. I have given my input internally as to how the steps taken could've been improve and would use this as a learning process for all of us.

Im pretty sure all this was from a "Please stop" perspective. As someone that doesnt do trivia, i feel like people are taking advantage of system if its answering sharing or referencing some database. I mean when you goto a trivia night nobody is allowed to use their phone and google. Like it feels like it should be common sense to play trivia as it was intended.

User @lil OG zhas been indefinitely suspended for conduct recently in threads and deemed to be in violation of the VHL Code of Conduct 1.1 They have been found to be baiting others into arguments and have been continually inciting aggression towards multiple members. They have also been found in violation of 1.4 and 1.5 causing drama and fighting with other members. As this is not the type of community we want to foster, 16z has been indefinitely suspended pending appeal. They may apply for suspension appeal November 5, 2022.
