Welcome @Timmy30! My name is Jardy, and I’m the Assistant General Manager of the Halifax 21st. Today is the final day of the regular season, and we’d love to get you on our roster for playoffs! We’re definitely an underdog going on, but we certainly have a shot at a Cinderella story. If you would like to join us, just quote this post with your acceptance or otherwise let me know somehow, and I’ll send you an official offer as soon as I can!

Welcome @Northern! My name is Jardy, and I'm the Assistant General Manager of the Halifax 21st. There isn't much left of the regular season, but we could take you on as a backup goaltender for our playoff run! I can't promise any starts necessarily, but it might be a fun time to hang out with the greatest team in the VHLM (according to me, not the standings). Quote this post with your acceptance if you'd like me to send you a contract offer.
-
You beat me to it by a moment. Confirmed!

Hum dee dum! With no Exp. Share equipped, Geodude will throw rocks at the pesky stray cat, preferably until it dies. Should he fall somehow, Meowth will finish the job. Meanwhile, Oak proclaims that he's "actually much better at catching Pokemon" when he's stoned, and starts throwing Great Balls at the Gastly, switching to Pokeballs should he run out. If all balls are sucked and the gas still hasn't fled, Meowth will use Pursuit on it to death. Afterward, he'll use any remaining Pokeballs (not Great though) to catch the floating tumour. If his balls have been completely sucked, the floating rock will begin the battle for floating object supremacy. Meowth will cover if it falls, then Eevee if circumstance somehow sees both of them knocked out. ------ After all the excitement in Saffron City, Oak contacts the Pewter City gym leader, Brock "The Rock" @Berocka . "Excuse me young man, may I interest you in an exchange of services? I have a very strong and handsome Machoke you could spend an evening with. In exchange, I'd like to study your Graveler to help better understand how my floating rock came to develop legs." (Trade Offer: Berocka receives: Machoke Jardy receives: Graveler Followed up by a Part 2 of the trade: Berocka receives: Golem Jardy receives: Machamp)

Excellent! Sorry for the slight delay, I'll send you a contract offer shortly!
-
You may have gotten two goals in the last game, but it was in a loss so I'll still consider the performance mediocre. @RElblein
-
Professor Oak will light up a fat doobie and casually walk his pink bicycle back to Saffron City to buy 2 more Pokeballs, before exploring the area once again (Shop: 2 Pokeballs) (Action 4: Explore Saffron City) Party: Geodude Meowth Eevee
-
Sorry, I should have reminded you of this again: After the battles, Professor Oak hears the roar in the distance. He leaves the Housewifes of Saffron City in the dust with his bike, as research duty trumps getting booty. Finding the big Dragonair wilding out, he clutches at his three most clutch balls. ”According to my research, you’re about to get rekt you punk ass little bitch!” Professor Oak shouted, a little too confidently. (Action 3: Battle Dragonair) He leads his Gyarados, who spams Dragon Rush. Next will come Weepinbell, who will spam Body Slam. Finally, if necessary, he’ll send out Machop, who can hopefully finish the job with Low Kick if we have a STAB mechanic, Knock Off if not. Should the dragon fall, I’ll distribute enough levels to Machop to get him to evolve, and the rest can go to Gyarados.
-
I’ll start by throwing Pokeballs at the money cat. Then I’ll send Machop to Knock Off the ghost back to oblivion. Then I’ll send Geodude to throw rocks at the Koffing to death

Welcome @Long Dong! My name is Jardy, and I'm the Assistant General Manager of the Halifax 21st. We're a little too short on forwards, and we're just five games away from the regular season wrapping up, so we could use a Long Dong like yourself! We're an underdog playoff team, so you would make an immediate impact on the team's success. You'll also get plenty of ice time, which will allow you to stand tall against the competition. If this sounds agreeable to you, just quote this post with your acceptance, and I'll send you an official contract offer as soon as I can!

Professor Oak wakes up in the morning in his bed, with Ash and Red's mom nestled in either of his arms. He springs out of bed. "It's time to get to WORK!" he says, immediately beginning a set of squats. (Action 1: Work) Leaving the women to their slumber, he puts on his sunglasses, hops on his bicycle, and heads to Saffron City to shop - buying three Great Balls - and EXPLORE what new Pokemon the city has to offer. (Action 2: Explore Saffron City) Squad Order: Geodude Machop (EXP Share equipped) Gyarados
-
The little Machop looks around in bewilderment as the fellow denizens of the cave vanish in impossible seeming balls around it. ”Sorry little chap,” the old man said to it as he menaced toward it with the strange BJ plant. “There’s only so much room at the lab.” The Level 20 Bellsprout spews corrosive purple liquid over the Machop, and the party goes back to Pallet Town to sleep off the night.
-
“WOW,” Professor Oak said. “These tassels cost far more than I expected! At least they came with these 2 great balls and I think 4 Pokeballs.” After getting launched off his bike after hitting a Geodude, he’ll get up and start tossing Pokeballs at it in frustration. All balls if necessary. Assuming the rock doesn’t suck all the balls, he’ll use great balls on Level 20 Machop.
-
Interestingly enough, he never played a single game for the Wranglers. REWRITE!
-
“Wow!” Professor Oak says, observing a derpy fish transform into a ferocious dragon. He spends his 4th Action Point taking notes at the biological anomaly and doing WORK. Afterward, he hops on his new bicycle, drives to the Pokemart to buy some sweet pink handlebar tassels and an as yet to be determined amount of balls. Then, he’ll use his 5th and final action point to bring his fab looking bike to EXPLORE Mt. Moon. EDIT: Adventuring squad consists of Level 20 Bellsprout Level 21 Gyarados Level ?? Eevee

Welcome @Rino911! My name is Jardy, and I’m the Assistant General Manager of the Halifax 21st. I’m spending time with family so I’ll make this brief! We want you to sign with us! We’re approaching playoffs and we’ve been better than expected all season. With some extra depth, we may have a better chance at upsetting some teams in the playoffs. You would be on our top pairing and would get all the ice time you could handle. If that works for you, quote this post with your acceptance and I’ll send you a contract as soon as I’m able.

Hey there, welcome @SithLordSeider! My name is Jardy, and I’m the Assistant GM of the Halifax 21st. I’m at the lake with my family right now, so I don’t have time for a nice and proper pitch, but I’d love it if your player would join us for the rest of the season and playoffs! You’ll get some very solid ice time, and it’s a good time all around. If you’d like to join us, just quote this post with your acceptance and I’ll send you a contract offer as soon as I can!
-
I’ll throw balls at the Level 20 Bellsprout to try to upgrade. Failing that, I’ll have Bellsprout push psychedelics on it until it passes out, and then I’ll have Eevee finish it off. Then, regardless of the above outcome, have Eevee murder the Level 14 Bellsprout
-
It’s about time! Fortunately you only managed one important goal in today’s games too as opposed to being clutch in every game, it’s a good role!
-
I better use Pokeballs on the Pikachu. If it sucks all my balls, Eevee can murder it for Pokémon Yellow starter supremacy.

Suggestion: Adding Video Press Conference’s
JardyB10 replied to DarkSpyro's topic in Suggestions and Complaints
I think if VHL.com podcasts are worth 1 more than GFX and Articles, then Video PCs could be worth more than written PCs too. At the moment, I doubt any Updaters would disapprove anyone doing a Video PC for 2 TPE, but I’d be on board with making it more of an official thing. -
Indeed, it is time to go… whitechicksshopping.gif Buy: Bicycle, rest of money on Pokeballs. Action 3: Explore Route 1 again EXP Share still on Magikarp
-
Depending how HANDily it was, could it truly be considered a rejection? Anyway, Action 1+2: Work, Work
-
Solid debut for @REQUIEM4AGOAL against the Lynx!
-
That little shit. I think Magikarp should have got those levels, as per this quote: At any rate, I’ll use my last two action points to work work.
