1. Time flies when you’re winning! We are nearing the end of the regular season. What is one word to describe this S89 Davos squad? Dominant. We are first in the league since like the first week of the season and there is a good chance we will finish the season first. 2. Are you happy with your player’s performance this season? Did you improve from S88? Nope and nope haha! I've only been regression since my 51 pts season in S87. But the team is winning so I can't complain. We need to get a Cup though in exchange! 4. Which NHL player would you say your player is most similar to? My profile picture, Josh Anderson. Can skate, hit and score (when he want to lol). 6. The FIFA Women’s World Cup is fast approaching! Who are you rooting for? Canada did great in the last one and it's my country so can't cheer for somebody else! 7. What sports do you enjoy watching other than hockey? Tennis, playoffs basketball and the SuperBowl. 8. What is your favorite pizza topping? I try to get as much meat as possible. So bacon, pepperoni, chicken or pulled pork (that's my favorite).

3. The trade deadline is looming! Are there any moves that you think we should make, or are you content with our roster? Having the best team in the league, I really don't know how we could get better. Happy with the team right now! 4. If there was an emergency backup situation, how do you think your player would fare in the crease for Davos if called upon? Alfred Champagne is afraid of nobody. His 7 fights this season show it and he's 6'5 so enough to take a lot of place in the net. 5. Have you ever attended an NHL game live before? Yes not a lot, but I think 2 or 3 times. At least one in New York (Islanders) and one in Montreal. 6. How has NHL free agency gone for your favorite team so far? Not bad. Pittsburgh get some names to play with Crosby and Malkin. Lot of money, hope it will help the team getting in playoffs again. 7. What is your favorite song right now? Billy Talent and Avenged Sevenfold right now, not really a specific song. 8. Out of the many upcoming video games set to release this year, which are you most excited for? If any? I have enough game I have to play before buying another game haha! I got Starfield and Star Wars to buy in the future.

1. Our current scoring leader is Alexandre Leduc with 47 points in 34 games as of July 2nd, closely followed by Jake Thunder with 46 in 34! Who do you predict will lead our team by the end of the season? I will go with Thunder, He did really well last seaosn and I'm sure he will finish on top. 3. Our rivalry with Moscow is now heating up as we fight for the first place spot in the EU. What can we do to slow them down? It's more what I can do! I know I can be better so I just need to step up my game and play the same way we are playing right now and we should win. 4. What is your player’s best and worst STHS attribute? Defense and Puckhandling as the best and if we doesn'T count Fighting, Discipline and Leadership, Passing is the worst. 5. In your opinion, what was the most surprising pick of the first round in the 2023 NHL draft? The Arizona pick with Simashev. He have a high potential but most of the people didn't see him that high. 7. Do you currently have any pets? If so, what are their names? Yes! A cat Spiroux, a dog Expos et a fish Billy. The fish is living longer than expected and we will have the dog only for a year. 8. Where did you go on your last vacation? In the fabulous region of Baie-St-Paul haha! Went to The Bootleger, a restaurant that was a part of the prohibition.

3. What was the inspiration behind your player and their name? If any? I wanted a French name and something catchy. I think my player's name is awesome! 4. Are you following the VHL’s official accounts on social media (Instagram/Twitter)? No, didn't know the league had some social media. Won't following them tho haha 5. Name one thing about sim leagues that you enjoy. Talking to stranger that have the same hobby like me. Getting hype for playoffs like I was in the real locker room. 6. What is your favorite non-NHL team? The Québec Remparts in the QMJHL, Kelowna Rockets in the WHL and MODO in Sweden. 7. What is your favorite film franchise? I can't really say only one. Lords of the Ring and Harry Potter were the most popular in my time so I will go with them because I've watched them a lot. 8. Would you rather take a road trip or a plane trip? I've never been on a plane so I would take it haha!

Good jobs guys! Hope I will come back stronger this season, like you said it was a set back from S87 and I know it. The only positive thing was the penalty minutes, but yeah we had a great team and Leduc played really well so I'm confidant I will turn things around. Not a bad start with 5 pts in 8 games so far.

3. Our new addition to our defense, Skor McFleury, has already been making waves! What do you think about this acquisition? So nice! I picked him in the Super Coach challenge so happy to see him in our team. 4. What did your player do during the offseason? Did some training, motorcycle, take some holidays in Europe and obviously drink champagne haha! 5. New Ahmacast just dropped! Have you listened yet? (And for Ahma, what was your favorite subject to review during this episode of Ahmacast?) Not yet, but I will do it today or tomorrow. Always a good listen. 6. Were you expecting the Vegas Golden Knights to win the Stanley Cup? Why or why not? In the start of the playoffs no, but between them and Florida the choice was easy. Florida was out of luck and the depth of Vegas is amazing. 7. What was the model/brand of your first car? Pontiac G5 2008. Now me and my girlfriend have only one car, a Toyota Yaris 2018 and we order a Prius. 8. If you could have any animal as a pet, what would you choose? A wolf or bear or lion. Strong animals and they are beautiful so if I can play with them without being eaten alive, it would be nice haha!

1. The S89 Draft has concluded and we’re one step closer to the new season! What are your expectations for Davos? We will still be competitive, and maybe it will be finally our year! We were in the finals two seasons ago and the conference final last season so we can still do it. 2. What keeps you motivated to earn TPE every week? I want my player to keep progressing and to see him surpass his previous mark. 3. VHFL sign ups have just opened up. Will you be participating? Nope. Don't know too much about the league, will do the Super Coach challenge tho. 4. If you could give one piece of advice to your teammates, what would it be? Train hard and have confidence in your abilities. You are not in the VHL for nothing, you just have to find your own path. 6. Describe what your ideal vacation spot would be like! Depend what you are looking for. Would like to be in Europe where you can still relax and see a lot of new things. 8. What was the last concert you’ve been to? Inside a stadium, Avenged Sevenfold. Outside we have the Festival d'Été de Québec where a lot a big bands are there. This summer Billy Talent, Green Day, Pitbull, etc will be there.

1. What’s your way-too-early bold prediction for S89? I'm gonna hit 75 points next season. I was looking at that last season, but it was worst than the one before so hope to produce more. 2. If you had to put all your remaining TPE into one attribute, what would it be? Slapshot. Use a scoring touch and a part of strength. Two things that I want to be good at. 3. What is your favorite part about playing for Davos? The team in general and everything in the LR. Don't have specific aspect, but love the part being a contender since I'm here. 6. Give us a fun fact about your player! He really love champagne! And he can also pop the champagne with a blade or his skate! What about that haha! 7. What was the last movie you watched in theaters? Dongeons and Dragons. Was really good, even my girlfriend loved it! 8. Are you an introvert or an extrovert? I was introvert when I was younger, but now I'm more in between.

1. A heartbreaking end to S88, but we’ll be back at it again with this core of players in a few weeks! What do you do to keep yourself busy during the off-season? Hope we will be back! So close in those last two seasons, it sucks! I will be buys training and getting mentally prepare to do better. 2. Are you happy with your performance over the course of the season? What would you improve? Of course not. The only positive thing is that I got less penalty minutes... I've let down my team offensively while being less physical. Need to go back to train. 3. How does your player spend their free time? Motorcycle at hight speed. Reading books and playing basketball and spikeball. 6. Which of the remaining teams are you rooting for to win the Stanley Cup? I would prefer Dallas. Too much shenanigans in Vegas (Fleury,Pacioretty,Eichel) to love their management. And Florida... *vomit sound* 7. Name a fictional character you relate to! Wolverine. Little cheesy that after Toews and Kane getting out of there, they get the best prospect to restart the franchise. 6. If you could have dinner with three famous people, who would you choose? If so, what is it? At the moment I've been playing Tape to Tape (hockey game) and the Far Cry series.

The team need his production from the last playoffs with almost a point per game. 2. How did you come up with your VHL username? It's the same name that I use from like 15 years ago. Close to my real name, and it was the name of a rapper when I was younger. 5.How did you do in VHFL/Super Coach this season (if you participated)? I finished 22th, so kinda good! Happy with the result because I don't follow the league that much, but I prefer this over the old one. 6.Who is your favorite all-time NHL player? Mario Lemieux. He had it all. Physique, speed, hands, shot, hockey IQ. Sad that injuries got the better of him. Needed more help from teammates like Gretzky had. 7. Tea or coffee? None! Don't need that crap to be functional. Just sleep and drink water, it will be better for you. 8. I just watched the newest episode of Demon Slayer! What is your favorite TV show? I don't really have a favorite, but I'm watching Travelers at the moment and it's really good!

Got a lot of work to do to catch them, but those 2 wins were really nice for the morale. 2. As we close in on the end of the regular season, how would you describe your player’s performance? Not that good. I still get some chances, but it seems I don't get some lucky bounces... Nowhere close to what I was expecting. 3. What brand of equipment does your player use? Warrior and CCM mostly. Not really picky except for the stick and the skate. 5. How did you find out about the VHL? On google. Was looking to some online leagues and find it. 6. Which two teams do you think make it to the Stanley Cup Final? The winner of the Caroline\NJ series against Edmonton. Time to get that Cup back in Canada! 7. Where is your ideal vacation spot? I want to go in Europe for the first time. Maybe go to Florida again too.

1. We have just acquired Alexandre Leduc in a blockbuster trade! Do you have any thoughts on this move? Puk had almost a point per game season and is younger than Leduc so don't know why it is us who add a second round pick, but well we'll see on the ice if it's really made us better. 3. Which player do you think will lead Davos in goals by the end of the season? I can already say not me. I will say that Florida Man is the top god as of now, and it will stay that way. 4. Which EU team would you most like to face in the playoffs? Probably Helsinki. Worst differential in the teams that will make the playoffs. 5. Who is your least favorite player on your favorite NHL team? Can't say a specific player in Pittsburgh, but some players are way overpaid and that's really hurt us. Petry and Zucker for exemple. 6. The Maple Leafs finally made it past the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Did you expect them to achieve this feat? Yes! I've put them over Tampa and over the Bruins in my original bracket. Will probably beat the Panthers too. 7. What was the last movie or TV show you watched? Avatar: The last air-bender! I've watched the first season when I was younger, but I wanted to watch the complete show and now it's done.

1. Let’s go DAVID! As of Sunday, April 23rd, we’re on a 6-game winning streak! How do you feel about our chances at a deep playoff run now that we’re midway through the season? After a bad start, we now are in a good streak and it's only the beginning! So yes I think we have a good chance to get back in the final. 4. What would be your player’s pregame meal? Poutine is good, but better to eat it after the game and not before. So some good pasta with chicken in it is better. 5. In the spirit of theme week, which NHL team’s Reverse Retro (from this season or last season) is your favorite? The purple jersey of the Kings is the best. This one with the Nordiques with the Colorado Avalanche color are my favorites. 6. I would love some input: would you prefer press conferences be posted on Sunday or Monday? On Monday. Begin the week with it and get it done fast. 7. In a movie about your life, which actor do you want to play you? I really don't know! For a older me Tom Cruise would be nice! Some people say that I look like Robert Pattison so maybe him lol 8. Xbox or PlayStation? Playstation. Only because that's the first one I had, but more of a PC person lol

1. How are you utilizing your TPE this season? Are you focusing on any attributes, or perhaps banking for depreciation? Yes, I'm using them to get a little more rounded up. More offensive, defensive and physical. I will boost my offence this week. 2. What’s your favorite form of point task to do in the VHL? This one! Prefer to write a little something like an interview than a longer text. 3. Do you prefer using the forum or Discord? I'm almost always on discord (probably too much for my own good lol) so easier to reach out. 5. Are you in either of the VHL’s affiliate leagues (SBA and EFL)? If so, what are the names of your players in those leagues? Nope! I'm only in the SHL, and that's enough for me! With a dog and a baby on the way it will stay that way. 7. What was the biggest surprise in the NHL in your opinion this season? Boston! Best team in history while I'm not sure I had team in playoffs lol 8. What was the last song you listened to? Any teammate stand out in particular to you? Not bad! Thuesday sim was really bad for us, but my production is shit for now. Thunder is still producing like crazy and our goalie Summers is doing really good too! 4. Does your player have a nickname? If so, what is it? Some players call him Champy, shorter than the full last name and a reference to mushrooms in french. 6. Which NHL team do you think would be most exciting to watch play live? Probably Colorado. Many superstars in the team and they play an offensive system seing them live would be fun. 7. Do you have a hidden or unusual talent? Unfortunately no. Simple guy with a normal life and no particular talent. 8. What's the most random object you have in your room? A box with a lot of souvenirs. Many things that probably should be in the garbage haha!

Amazing rif guitar and easy to sing. 5. Do you have any ideas or a name for your next player yet? Don't know if there will be one so didn't think about the name. 6. Is your favorite NHL team in the race for a playoff spot? Yup! Pittsburgh are in a playoffs spot right now, but the Panthers are really close. 7. Do you speak more than one language? Which Davos player do you think has the best chance of surviving a zombie apocalypse and why? Mine. Big, strong and can do almost everything. Not some stupid jocks so he should be alright. 5. Have you ever met a pro hockey player before? If so, who was it? Yes! Was very nice! They are habitually friendly and even if they were not my idols, they were "bigger" in real. 6. If you follow March Madness, who do you predict to win the whole tournament? Don't follow it a lot, but I have a bracket and mine is still alive with Texas winning it! 7. If you were to participate in the Olympics (summer or winter), which sport would you compete in? If not hockey, honestly, I don't know haha! Maybe tennis, badminton or darts if they are there LOL 8. Are you more of a dog person or a cat person? Cat person. More independent and easier to take care of.

Thanks for the great words guys! Like you said, my first season was not very good, but this last one was really more what I was expecting with this player. You put some high expectations for Champagne, but my goal was nothing less than that

1. The season has finally concluded after a hard fought journey to the finals but unfortunately, we fell short. What are your final thoughts on our season? We had a really great season! Better than the last one. Of course the series didn't went our way, but we (and I too!) made progress. 3. We have just had two blockbuster trades! What do you think about these moves? We gonna miss Cole, but we got a first round pick, two 3rds and Kovalski for it. Hope it will work great for us. 5. Outside of the NHL, which hockey leagues do you enjoy watching, if any? 1: It’s been an intense series against Malmo. Do you expect the series to end tonight or will we go into game 7? It will end tonight. We are playing really well and we are due to explose offensively. 4: Let’s say someone goes back in time and finds a young Wayne Gretzky and brings them to our timeline. Do you think Wayne will still be the best or would it be too much of a change? Bring him from his timeline to ours? No, he would not be the best player. Now it's more about the speed and he would not be protected as before. 5: Alternatively which NHL legend do you think would still be good if their career was restarted today? Mario Lemieux. Heatly, he would still be the best player, if not closer to McDavid than anybody right now. 6: If you had to change your hair color, which color would you choose and why? Red. I do not have a Pittsburgh jersey even if they are my team. Crosby is my all time favorite so yeah. 6: Who is your favorite NHL defender? Hard to say. Really a fan of Letang and I always loved how Dahlin skate so easily. I could say the same things about Quinn Hughes. I know Makar is good, but I don't know why he's not one of them for me. 8: What is your dream car? Audi R8. The look is amazing and with the power it have I would have so much fun with it.
