Quebec City, France.
The heat is real against the Quebec City Meute. They tabloids in the VHL Magazine and all over the FAN590 radio have been going on about how hated this team really is. They have been labelled as classless, immature, trash-talkers, and portrayed as the league villains. This is something that their number one defenseman Jake Wylde is not used to at all.
Wylde came into the league under the GM Rule signing his first five seasons in Helsinki. He was then #shippedmeoff at Helsinki started what is known as one of the more promising rebuilds of the S40's. Wylde, much like his fellow STZ Agency player Ethan Osborne was known for being rather likable, and even a player who many of his colleagues around the league have stated they'd like to play alongside.
With Wylde not being signed for his final season of his career, speculation has started as to whether or not the All-Star defenseman is planning on returning.
On an unrelated note, Wylde spent four hours in Toronto traffic this morning as the PAN AM games are in town.. While on the phone in stop-and-go traffic he was quoted saying, "I just want out."
