I swear by my chocolate banana protein pancakes.. simple to make, healthy af, and delicious
- mush a banana into paste in a bowl
- put two eggs in (or egg whites for more healthiness)
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- .1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- mix together, heat up a pan, coat with a thin layer of butter, pour some batter in, cook for a bit, then broil or flip it.
- top it off with some plain yogurt and fresh raspberries... OH MAN it's so good.
