You did a logo swap and added some text but other than that there are no effects, blending, colouring, or anything for that matter. There are plenty of sig tutorials around that can help you learn new things and if you don’t have Photoshop there are web based graphic tools and apps that can make something not look like it was made in under 2 minutes. Also check out the graphic section in the Discord, many of us are willing to help out anyone willing to learn and ask questions!. Sorry but imma have to give a 3/10 for this one.
