I was able to watch more Devils games too, it's been a while. EK is not as strong on the puck as some of the other guys that could be considered, simply put. Karlsson and Subban are so great at denying clean zone entries. Yes, they could be weaker than average in the corners, but they're so good at avoiding that situation using the positive in their skill sets.
