With the series even, game 5 was important for both of them because the winner will have the chance to eliminate the other in the next game.

 

Not even 2 minutes after the beginning of the game, Seattle got a penalitie. Moscow take the lead early.

 

Seattle start strong in the second period, but some mistakes in the defensive zone cost them 3 goals even if they dominate 21-5 on the shots board. After 2 period, 4-1 Moscow.

 

The Menace scored late in the game and take the lead in the series win a 5-1 win.
