1) I think Vancouver has the strongest team there but I feel like Toronto had a good run going for a while there too, could be them

4) I watch the NFL most during the regular season probably, but NHL playoff time.

5) It's a consolation prize really, the only one that really counts is the Continental Cup. But I guess when you look back on it, it's pretty hard to win 3 in 6 seasons and be consistently competitive the whole time like we have. So it's an accomplishment, but it's not why you play the game.

6) A Continental Cup of course... but if you mean individual awards, honestly, I would love to lead the league in goals

7) It's probably the coldest it's been all year right now honestly. The weather is so strange these days, though. We've gone through a lot of cycles of warm and cold weather.

10) I want the Eagles to win, but honestly, I have a lot of respect for Mahomes and the Chiefs too. I just hope there's nothing controversial with the refs. I practically never blame refs but there just feels like a large number of coincidences with questionable calls this season. If the Chiefs get a three-peat I hope there's no controversy hanging over it. But I would love to see Saquon win a Super Bowl with how things went with the Giants and the general devaluation of the RB position around the league. Decent RBs might be interchangeable, but great RBs matter.

not saying boo, as I like pizza Hawai'i. However since my grandma was Italian, I think I owe it to her memory not to indulge. There are other options which are even better (imo ofc). Just had a Pizza Fiorentina today (Italian style, pancetta, egg and spinach).

3. I got Rave leading the way after a very underrated regular season.

5. Meh..I want a Continental Cup. That’s what we play for.

6. Individually I would like to win a Scotty Campbell Trophy.

7. Snowy and cold. Classic Canadian weather for sure.

10. Please Eagles…please. Not a fan of either team but I just cannot stand the Chiefs. Having some friends over. Really excited.

2. Keep it simple and the same. Why change what has been working?

4. NHL by far, even if my team is out. I would say that I will watch about 60-70% of all NHL playoff games.

5. I think it is a great accomplishment for the team, but the focus as to shift to the playoffs and beyond.

7. Days are getting longer and the weather is getting nicer.

8. I am the most hated when sharing a pizza because I always try to get the Hawian pizza (Pineapple and Ham).

6) We'll see right? Might be a bit of a retooling year in Malmo where we're a lower end playoff team and then a bit better for my final season. I hope to be here and see what we can do and hopefully produce a little better than I did last season.

1. sucks we played our hearts out and traded for us to have the best chance but in the end we couldn't come up with a win on the series

2. I think honestly it's luck based and we just aren't lucky so that's a huge issue but other than that we were the best team defensively in the league and somehow we just couldn't stop riga

7. try to recover the lost ground that those 3 forwards covered and hopefully Malmo can rebuild into a contender and beat that damned first round

1. It’s a hard loss of course, really unfortunate that we couldn’t get it done for the players retiring this year, but we will definitely come back next year and work our hardest to get Malmo a championship

3. I think Riga’s got a really good chance to make the finals this year, I think I got them making it this year.

4. That’s a toughie but I do think that Seattle might be able to just squeeze a win this year.

5. I think Seattle got it all the way this year around

6. Hopefully I can be more active as next season comes around, it’s been a really busy season for Shaw this time around, so getting some things lined up and being able to contribute to the team is a huge thing for me at this point.

10. Honestly, I’d say that my favourite is probably sprite, with Fanta as a close second, and honestly, what I call it probably depends on the context and vibes.

1. The Seattle Bears have won the S97 Continental Cup. What are your thoughts on this? They were a wildcard team, who defeated another wildcard team, Riga, 4-1.

2. With the S97 VHL finals completing, we are officially in the off-season... What changes would you like to see in Malmo before the start of S98?

3. Is there anything your player usually does in the off-season to pass the time by? Continue training? Visiting family? Vacationing?

4. What is a goal you would like to set for your player next season? Score more goals? Make more hits?

5. If Malmo were to acquire a draft pick in this upcoming draft, what player would you love to join the team? Which position (F, D, G) would you want added to the roster? (draft list here)

6. Winter is slowly but surely coming to and end, are you excited for the warmer weather to come?

7. Already in the second month of the year, have you broken any New Years Resolutions? Are you still going strong?

1) It's not who I would have expected, but they are a pretty good team nevertheless. Bana's teams always seem to find a way.

2) I'll leave that to the bosses. Obviously we'll be a bit of a weaker team on paper, maybe more able to make a run in my final season. Maybe a bit of a retooling will happen to stock up for Malmo's future. We'll have to wait and see, but I have faith that you and Lucy will do what's best for the team.

4) Selfishly hoping for a career year after playing what I feel is quite a bit below my ratings this season -- maybe we'll make up for it next one. But at the end of the day the goal is always the same, winning that Continental Cup.

5) Obviously would depend where that pick falls, but I think either Cardinal Copia or Agustin Martinez would be both great players & good to be in the locker room with.

6) Sure doesn't feel like it's coming to an end here, been like a week+ straight of -30, -40 temperatures. But definitely excited for warmer weather lol

9) I'll just take the regression hit and then build back up to a similar build to what I have now. I always want to be near 90 SC 90 DF in STHS ratings, so hopefully I can get back there, should be very close at least.

1. honestly I'm proud of bana for doing it and making a beautiful team to reach the cup sad we lost to riga but lemorse also made an amazing team

3. well since I'm off savaisk and onto Krister his training routine is crazy barely rests and just continues to work on his frame and play he is truly a workaholic
