jRuutu 2,496 Posted December 5, 2024 Share Posted December 5, 2024 Jarmo Ruutu, the second-line center of Moscow Menace, the player who collected the second most points for Moscow Menace during the regular season, has reportedly refused to sign a new contract. Whispers coming in from the Moscow camp suggest the general manager would not offer Ruutu a new deal, which inspired the Finnish center to reply with: "Yea well, I am not going to sign a new deal". To which the Moscow Menace general manager replied: "Yeah ok, I am not going to offer you a new deal anyways. I just said I am not going to offer you a new contract". The meeting ended on a sour note as Ruutu got up moment later and said: "Ok, I guess we need to agree to disagree". It is believed Jarmo Ruutu will finish the last two seasons of his career in some other team. Very little is known about the possible destinations. Still, if we are to believe the comments of the Moscow Menace general manager, the team is happy to send Ruutu anywhere as long as they agree to take him.
