As per the VHL Rules, particularly descried in Section 4.2, and loosely eluded to elsewhere "An Inactive Player is any player who has not had a TPE Update in the past 30 days."

Given a Week of November 24th last update, I personally won't be making the switch until the 24th, unless of course instructed to by someone of greater authority.

My bad, I was working under the assumption that it was 3 weeks. Will be 30 days by the start of the season anyways, it also could be 30 days by now depending on when he last updated. But I do understand the grey area.
