Malmo might well be fine tbf, doesn't mean it's a good case study for other GMs though.

We were the best team in the league, like we lost to another pretty good team. We had as good a chance as anybody. I don't see our team of players who are competing for franchise records and the like and been working towards them for their whole careers and getting them as a problem. Like I'm not saying every GM should do this. Not every GM should listen to the players only. But I think in this case it's a good thing. And we are going to come out of losing 3 players and still probably be a playoff team, so it's whatever.
