What do you think about the current rewards for recruiting? Should the minimum welfare amount start at 3 TPE instead of 2 TPE? What do you think about an active back up goalie exemption to the salary cap? Basically, if you have an active back up goalie he doesn't count against the cap, but he must play in more games than usual, say 10 or 12 or something.
