What will Riga do with 2nd Overall?

After a season long race to the bottom between Riga and Calgary, it would appear that both of these teams came out losers, as the Stockholm Vikings will pick 1st overall after winning the S43 Draft Lottery with the Dynamo’s 1st round pick. This leaves Riga GM Jim Gow in an interesting situation. While this draft may not be deep, it definitely has some potential stars and solid players to build a team around. With that in mind, there are rumors circulating out of Latvia that there are currently at least two teams interested in the 2nd overall pick. However, can the Reign get enough value out of a trade to justify trading such a high pick and the all but certain likelihood of a franchise changing player? Depending on who is selected 1st overall, will Riga select Wingate? Although he is the highest rated prospect, Wingate is a goaltender, which committed Riga prospect Bernie Gow also plays. If Riga selects Wingate, they could potentially use Wingate as a trade chip, or would their general manager do the unthinkable and retire Bernie and not take any carry over with his next player? Etwan Delicious has stated he’d love to play for Riga, but will he be available at 2? Is he truly committed to staying with the Reign for the entirety of his career? With long time ties to his agent, will the Reign go with the devil that they know in Bronson Faux, even though his TPE level may be behind that of Wingate and Delicious? Only one man knows, and he doesn’t plan on telling.

I agree to play for Riga, but only if you don't retire Gow and also trade for either Sinclair or Mikaelson. Goalies on goalies on goalies.

who says you can't have 3 goalies at once?
