In the name of Maximus Maximus Decimus Meridius, I have a question for the VHL; Are you not entertained? The entire purpose of the VHL is to have fun, which is why I am writing this media spot rather than the VHL Mag. I did enjoy writing on the Mag team for a while, but my past few articles have been a drag, so I decided to quit the mag because I found media spots to be more fun for me since I can talk in a more casual tone (thanks for the opportunity though STZ). 

 

Recently, Jaladolar decided to quit the VHL because he no longer was having fun here. I, like many others, was upset about my good friend deciding to leave, but I did not understand much of the anger that was thrown his way. The VHL exists to provide us all with free entertainment, but Jaladolar decided he was not having fun here anymore and decided to leave, so I don’t see how people can be angry at someone leaving for not having fun. However, I do think that the way Jaladolar left was a little weak, as a little bit of notice for the commissioners (I had to inform them), along with an explanation would have been nice. 

 

I find a lot of aspects of the VHL to be fun, which is why I spend multiple hours a day on here. My favorite thing here is the awesome community, as I enjoy chatting with a long list of you (special shoutout to my baes Draper, Higgins, Munk, Boubabi, and Tylarrrrr). My next favorite thing is being a GM, as I really enjoy building a team, trading, drafting, and dominating my brother. After that, I enjoy looking at how my player is doing, pressing the view new content button 100 times a day, and spamming Jardy when he comes online. 

 

 

To further enhance my fun, I am thinking of starting a new podcast series. I have so many great names in mind, such as the Birdy Whispers, the Eaagly Weegly Cast, the Birdman Cast, and the Quebec sucks cast. Let me know in the comments which name you think is best for the podcast! I plan on starting it maybe next week, so if anyone wants to join let me know. 

 

Another thing that entertains me is trolling Quebec. DT and Kesler are just too easy to troll, as they often forget to turn on their sarcasm detectors. I am excited for the Calgary-Quebec playoff series, as I am sure the trash-talking will be a glorious affair. I just want Quebec to know that even though I troll them, I still think they have a pretty good squad. However, Calgary just has God on our side, as our goalie is named WinGod and we have Tim Tebow, meaning that all we will do is win. Also, whoever grades this, I hope you have fun grading this, because I had fun writing it!

Content 3/3 - I believe the anger towards jala was mostly because he jsut got up and left without notice. Nothing against the guy himself... this was quite the opinion piece and we'll miss you on the Mag, but moving to Media Spots is understandable. Because you wished me to have fun grading this, you automatically get 6/6. I have a feeling you were the guy who called me out on poor grading my first run though... so you're a jerk if so. It was probably flyers.

 

Grammar 2/2 - I didn't spot anything, good work! I really wish I could just nitpick.
