VHL Wrestling Wrestler Comparisons

Really been enjoying Molholt's VHL Wrestling league media spots and videos that he's been posting. You should check them out here and here, and also you should consider joining, even if you aren't into wrestling it should be cool to see your creation beat up Edwin Reencarnacion right?

 

So I just figured I'd do a quick comparison of wrestlers to actual pro wrestlers. This won't be more comparing how they wrestle, but more how they have been figuratively "booked" to this point. 

 

Edwin Reencarnacion - Reminds me very much of a WCW nWo Hollywood Hulk Hogan, around the era of the "Fingerpoke of Doom" (For those not familiar, I'll post a GIF below). Essentially, he is a big guy with a limited moveset that got the championship solely through connections. 

 

Doom - I think the best comparison here would be current day Roman Reigns. Cheered by the fans (the only person in the inaugural triple-threat who was a face), it seems the main intention is to make Doom look like the strongest man in the company without the belt, hence why his only loss came as a courtesy of a 2-on-1 attack and he's already pinned the VHL Champion since then.

 

Koji Koenig - Quite a bit of a Corporate Kane thing going here. Koenig isn't the guy who wins, but he's the guy who makes sure that the "right" guy wins, which is what Kane did numerous times during and prior to Seth Rollins' WWE Title Reign.

 

Zach Parechkin - Bit too early to tell with only one fight on the books, so I guess the safe thing to do would be to make Parechkin to Doom what Dean Ambrose is to Roman Reigns.
