SOme part of his shoulder is too bright imo, so be sure to reduce it and make a clipping mask so it doesn't go beyond the render's borders. Font is pretty cool, no complains here. I personally don't mind a little lighting over the edge of the render, I think it looks good. maybe darken up one side of the render's face (our left ideally) to get that lighting a little more dynamic but it's not too bad. I think the BG and depth are pretty solid and the blending is well done. I like what you were going for with the text but not sure it fully works, I think the green is just a tad too bright and makes the text stand out a lot which you want to avoid.
