Nice background work, but could maybe use a bit more blending from render to background. Not sure if I like the bottom border or not, doesn't distract too much though. Text is nice and somple and work well. Only complaint from me is the colouring, I think a stronger red on the render and maybe a fade to black and white in the background would be sweet. The cloudy BG is nice but would be good to blend the render into it more as Jack said. Maybe instead of that grey blob on the left it would have worked to have the BG clipped over there. I also agree that a stronger red could help. Lighting is simple but pretty effective. I would drop the kerning on the text a bit and make it overall a bit larger; I think it sorta gets overshadowed by everything as it is now.
