We need someone who can take charge of the recruitment team and manage it so that we're getting consistent efforts to recruit. The leader of the recruitment team is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment team as a whole. This includes the hiring and firing of recruitment team members. Additionally, the recruitment team leader is tasked with finding and implementing new strategies for recruitment and retainment, of course with the help of the rest of the team/commissioner's office. Pay is 2 TPE per week so long as work is done. I feel this is a very important job that needs someone with high activity to fill in, as we've had past members do it (mike and advantage) not to slight them at all, but they just don't have as much time to go on VHL as others do.
