The blurring is spot on, the text makes me want to jizz, the lighting is great (although maybe blur out a few of those flares to give it some depth. I agree that the face could use a tad bit more light to get the contrast just right but seriously. Text = jizz so that kinda makes up for most stuff. This is easily the best I've seen you do.
