Lighting is a bit too strong, and I'm not a big fan of the fonts on the subtext or the clipping mask on the main text. The render effects and lighting look good IMO and the BG doesn't really exist but it doesn't need to. Unfortunately text just feels blah in both it's design and execution. The "drop shadow" is too far away, the clipping mask looks odd when it's not used anywhere else in the sig and the stark white subtexts stand out too much. I would definitely re-think the text.
